As Technical Advisor at Lumbini Football Academy, Dipesh leads the academy’s technical vision, overseeing coaching philosophy, curriculum development, and long-term player pathway design. He works closely with coaching staff to ensure the implementation of a consistent, modern, and progressive training methodology aligned with international standards.
His approach is rooted in a player-centered philosophy, focusing on technical excellence, tactical intelligence, and psychological development. He integrates key modern concepts such as performance analysis, opposition analysis, and data-driven decision-making into the academy’s structure.
